3 ways to Re:boot.

So if any of you are like me then after a long holiday weekend I always need some kind of "re:boot" to get me back in the groove. Here's a few things I like to do and I'd love to hear what works for you! And in case you were wondering...flying around boulders in my jeans on a hot day ain't one of 'em. But Kellan Lutz here wanted to show us how it's done. Go Kellan Go!

3 ways to RE:BOOT + get back in the Groove: 
Re:boot #1 - Move at your own pace. Whew. Just sayin' it feels good. Sometimes when I feel behind I try to move as fast as my mind but my body just won't go there...which can be exhausting. So sometimes my reboot is actually to do the opposite of what you might think and take it slow and steady. Yup, just ease on back into my week rather then feeling like I have to charge it full speed ahead. What a concept 'eh?

Re:boot #2 - Turn on the tunes. Nothing gets me all fired up and focused like a little Pink, Phillip Phillips or Run DMC pulsing through my veins.

Re:boot #3 -  Shake it. Meaning move my butt! Walk, jog, run, dance, play hop scotch whatever sounds fun and wakes me up! Often a break from the screen and getting away from the "office" shifts my mind and helps me to get inspired and refocused! In fact, a lot of my best ideas come from taking "shake it" breaks. :)

Well...off I go to ease back into my week cuz that's where I'm at today. And maybe later I'll turn on some tunes take a little walk in my neighborhood to see if I might run into Kellan flyin' over cable cars in the city. That would be a re:boot for sure! HA!
